Although we use their network, we still look after you, regarding customer services and billing, you have no reason to contact the network.

Can I keep my number?
Yes, we can port any number from any service provider onto our networks. You will need to request a PAC (Port Authorisation Code) from your current supplier and pass this onto ourselves to port your number across.

What Roaming is included?
All of our O2 plans include EU Roaming (up to 25GB), this allows you to travel to over 20 countries without paying a penny extra. On our Vodafone plans there is a daily fee to take your plan abroad. We do have a Plus plan available on both networks, that includes World-wide roaming to over 70 countries. Please contact us for more information on this.
Is 5G included?
Yes, all of our plans, on both networks, include a 5G data connection where possible.
