VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) is where voice calls are transmitted over the internet, rather than over the traditional (BT analogue) telephone network.
How does it work?
Our VoIP system works by connecting hardware (IP Telephones) or app based software to our servers, via an internet connection, to make and receive calls.

Our Complete VoIP System would be great for any business new to VoIP, it includes everything you need with a ‘no fuss’ approach. We will provide each user with a VoIP phone, access to our Mobile VoIP App (iOS & Android) and a UK call bundle to cover outgoing minutes.

How do you install a VoIP phone?
Majority of VoIP phones connect to the internet by an ethernet cable, either via a POE (Power Over Ethernet) cable, or by connecting to the router/switch directly. Some have built in WiFi or can plug in a WiFi adapter.
What are the benefits of VoIP?
The main benefits of a VoIP system are allowing cheaper phone calls and have great flexibility and portability. You can even take a VoIP system abroad, make and receive phone calls back to the UK, at no extra cost, all you need is an internet connection.
Ezecoms’ PAYG VoIP System
Our PAYG VoIP System is very similar to our complete system, though it does not have the inclusive call bundle, you just pay for outgoing calls. This VoIP system still includes everything you need with a ‘no fuss’ approach. We will provide each user with a VoIP phone and they can have access to our Mobile VoIP App (iOS & Android).
Our PAYG VoIP System also includes all of our VoIP call features, free set up and no long term commitment.

Can I transfer to your VoIP system?
Yes you can. We should be able to easily transfer your number onto our systems. This can either be from another VoIP supplier, or if your number is connected to the BT Openreach. Please note if you port your number this will also cancel/stop any other services connected to this, this may include broadband, alarms and payment systems.
What is the process to transfer?
To transfer to our VoIP system, we will need to confirm you are out of contract with your current supplier, we will need you to sign a Letter of Authorisation and confirm a Proof of Ownership (this would be a recent bill to show name/address/number). Once this is confirmed, we can process the transfer and usually takes 7-10 working days to complete the transfer.
Ezecoms’ Mobile VoIP System
Our Mobile VoIP System is great for businesses out and about, who do not have a office or base location. This will allow you to make and receive calls, using your business landline number, on your mobile device, without your customers knowing. We will provide each user access to our Mobile VoIP App (iOS & Android).
Our Mobile VoIP System also includes all of our VoIP call features, free set up and no long term commitment.
